I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.

Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy, or “talk therapy” sessions, can be for individuals, parents - with or without children - or family systems (e.g., parents and children, adult siblings, multigenerational family members). These are sessions with a therapist who will listen with compassion, assess your unique circumstances without judgement and help you set goals that are meaningful. We are here to guide you, your child and/or your family through the process of achieving those goals.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy at Reach Out Therapy is geared at addressing the needs and identified goals of family members and loved ones that have been impacted, directly or indirectly, by the relational conflicts, behavioral problems, mental health concerns, substance use and associated issues of another person. Family systems are quite resilient and, with proper support and therapy, families do find themselves meaningfully engaged in a life that reflects balance and joy. Additionally, families that enter their own therapeutic process learn effective ways to manage stress and crisis, and dramatically improve the chances of successfully supporting one another through difficult times. These services are available to families and loved ones whether one of more family members of concern (e.g., child, sibling, aging parent) are present for therapy or not.
